Whole red snapper

I got this wonderful red snapper from my neighbor. I oven baked it at 400 degrees for 20 mins. I seasoned it the SPG, did olive oil as the binder and chopped up some fresh dill and mint. Super flaky and flavorful best way to cook a fish
