Just a small tip though, if you had food colour you could have added a tiny bit to the egg wash so the dragon would’ve been a bit darker from the rest.

Hey guess what? This happens with pies sometimes and they aren’t ruined! It’s just the way a really juicy filling bakes! Sometimes it bubbles over. Your pie isn’t even closed to ruined or messed up. That juice that bubbled over will cool and create the most delicious fruit lacquer that is intensely flavorful on your lovely, flakey crust. I genuinely love to eat those parts. Baking is like this. You do what you can and things happen in the oven that you don’t expect, but that’s part of the fun. Your gorgeous dragon looks amazing. Be happy! You made a stunning pie!

Fruit pies bubble up. AFAIK, the only way to stop it is to add a lot less filling, which, imo isn’t as much fun.

Pies are supposed to look like that after baking 😆 I’ve noticed there’s lots of intricate pie crust designs on social media but they never show the pie after baking. In this case the design is still very clear, well done!

Okay, you said you’re new to baking. A lot of baking is thinking on your feet. Take a hot towel to clean up the edges of the glass. Make some whipped cream and pipe it around the edges of the pie right before serving. Viola! Your pie is beautiful again. Don’t think in terms of problems. Think of problem solving.
