Roast CCx, India’s most advanced café concept, welcomed a distinguished French delegation to its flagship Banjara Hills space on 25th November. The delegation included Marc Lamy, Consul General of France and Maud Miquau, Directrice, Alliance Française, who visited the café shortly after the appointment ofMichelin-Star Chef Joakim Prat as Roast CCx’s Corporate Pastry Chef.

The visit marked a significant cultural exchange, recognisingRoast CCx as a pioneer in bringing French pastry craftsmanship and global training standards to India. The delegation also acknowledged founder Hanumanth Rao Naineni’s vision and his instrumental role in bringing Chef Joakim Prat to Roast CCx, strengthening the brand’s commitment to international collaboration and culinary leadership.

With Chef Joakim now leading the brand’s 15,000 sq. ft. pastry laboratory, considered one of the most advanced in the country, Roast is actively bridging French culinary excellence with India’s rapidly expanding café and dessert culture.
