Decided to switch it up a bit this year and had some stone crab over the holiday. Honestly ended up being one of the best calls I’ve made — super simple and insanely good.

I’ve always wanted to try stone crab. I lived in South Florida for a time and kept meaning to go to Joe’s Stone Crab.
