




I used 6 fresh reapers and 3 cloves of garlic that I dried directly in the sea salt for several weeks, into a Mason jar. I put everything in the dehydrator only few hours before grinding, just to make sure it's properly dried. This way, the flavor infuses the salt rather than using dried, ground peppers directly. I don't salt most of my meals, but with french fries, it's very good!

Excellent work 👏👏. I’ve done similar with some Aji Limon and it’s great but without the garlic, would imagine this is great on fresh nachos or fries.
