Smoked my first brisket

Small flat about four pounds smoked at 250 wrapped at 160 pulled at 205 two rest. Tender juicy used b and b charcoal hickory and oak with mesquite wood chunks. Had 35 mph wind butcher paper wasn’t working getting to temp switched to foil
