Hi everyone,

This is my first post here. I just wanted to share my small success, after a few months of trial and error I’m finally happy with my sourdough bread. The recipe is my own, since I tend to do things my own way 🤭.
I started back in March, I think, when I was unemployed and had nothing better to do with my free time, plus I just love cooking and baking. It became a bit of an escape for me, I guess.

Anyway, I’d love to hear your opinions!

You can find the recipe below:
400g of Nuvola Super flour
337g of water
100g of sourdough starter
15g of sea salt

Bulk fermentation was very long as my starter was lazy so around 11h. Fridge for around 12h.

Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱

Love the shoulders and the spring!

I think it’s impressive you used a high hydration recipe. I’ve been making sourdough for nearly a year now and just became brave enough to try it.

If interested, you can try pushing the bulk fermentation a bit longer to open the crumb up more 🙂

I tried doing a higher hydration dough with bread flour that has 14 protein but it always turns to soup. Did you work it a bit before leaving it? It looks great!!!
