Hello experts! I’m new to this, as I had a prolific tomato harvest, and have been making salsa so they wouldn’t be wasted. This batch turned out a little thicker, and despite my efforts, each jar has some small pockets/bubbles like this. Is this okay? I’m still learning (you people are full of handy info) and appreciate your feedback!

This is not safe. Your recipe just says “seal” with no instructions on water bath canning, nor is it a safe source in the first place. Unless you refrigerated these within two hours of putting it into jars, they should all be disposed of. Please don’t gift this to people. Your comment about your friend using it a number of times with success is called survivors bias and doesn’t make it safe
Interesting.
Wish I had found this page earlier! Thanks for the info.
