Just got a new Eurocave Pure M! Grew out of my tiny little 20 bottle wine cooler. Need to fill this baby up. I’m a huge fan of Pinot and Cabernet Sauvignon. I really feel like I would like Bordeaux but have no clue where to begin and what I may enjoy the most. Any tips or producers would be greatly appreciated. Looking for bottles in the $50-200 price point!

Also, I know the red tabs are supposed to get removed. I am waiting on a replacement cooler to come in due to some issues with the shipping!

  1. Congrats! Looks beautiful, nice size/shape too

I would recommend (as I do with everyone) Le Puy Emilien

Love mine but wish I got the L instead. Already having to move things around.

Awsome! Got 2 Eurocave here.. will need to replace my old one(2004) soon to upgrade for a bigger one

Go for Saint-Estephe and saint-Julien for Bordeaux.

You may to consider finding second wines from the big chateau. For example – Smith Haut Lafitte has a second wine called “Le Petit.” Delicious and very approachable in its youth. Many (if not all) the big houses have second and even third wines. Great way to explore the different styles at a good price point and enjoy them while you age the grand vins.

looks beautiful!! i’m still using a mini fridge from target for my stash lol. def try some st. julien or pauillac bordeaux if you like cab – they’re usually cab-heavy blends with that same richness.

    Tasting notes?

Does the polymer coating express the cool northern terroir of the Athabasca oil sands, or does it have a more Levantish roundness?

Is the clarity of the front glass door evocative of classically styled Alsatian-Lorrainian glass making or is there a more modern Fuzhou-free trade zone sparkle?

Is the robust chug of the motor evocative of a Perkinsinan vapor compression cycle, or is it a more silky electric hum a la the Parisian Peltier vibe?

Really, OP, we need to know!
