Crosta Mollica, Italian food specialists and the UK’s fastest growing pizza brand, is marking the next stage of its brand evolution and ‘Non Per Tutti’ ethos with the refreshed Aperitivo Snacks range, which has been rolling out across retailers since September, with the full collection set to be available by early 2026.

The 12-strong collection is a celebration of the Italian art of Aperitivo and an embodiment of Crosta Mollica‘s commitment to bringing the finest Italian products to discerning food lovers across the country. The range features well-loved cupboard staples, gaining the title of #1 breadstick brand in the UK¹, with Classic Grissini breadsticks which are twisted following the authentic Piemonte-style process, Fennel Seed Tarallini crafted in a small Italian bakery using exceptional local ingredients to create a crisp biscuit-like texture, and Chilli Crostini infused with chilli oil and twice baked to create a light and crisp bite.
Refreshed packaging features the new logo front and centre, alongside revitalised and alluring product imagery. The stylish and iconic Crosta Mollica stripes are a nod to Italian fashion, all whilst ensuring a distinguishable presence on shelf.
