This dish disappears in minutes every time we start dinner. I’m not even joking. Hummus with minced meat never lasts long at our table. I start with onions, sauteing them slowly until they turn golden and caramelized. Then goes in the minced meat, a few spices, and everything just comes together so beautifully. It’s simple, but the flavors are magic. Next comes the hummus. Smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. And here’s my little secret. I add a few ice cubes while blending. It makes the hummus extra soft, light, and silky. Now, the fun part. plating. I spread the hummus on the plate, add the hot spiced meat on top, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few toppings for that final touch. And that’s it. Simple, comforting, and full of flavor. The kind of dish I’ll ask for again. And honestly, it’s gone before I can even grab a spoon.

  3. Hi sister, did you rinse the mince meat? Just asking as I prefer to but usually the recipes out there doesn’t call for it.
