
We recently fell into canning when we got into making tamales and wanted a homemade salsa. One thing led to another and next thing you know we were making a canning plans for sauces, soups and veggies. We need more soup ideas… so far we did Zuppa Tuscana sans the half and half, broccoli cheddar, and a three bean soup.

Looks super organised honestly, way better than my first try. Youre gonna love having all that stuff ready to go, it makes cooking so much easier. What did you end up liking the most to can so far?
What broccoli cheddar recipe did you use?
Make sure to use only tested recipes (check our resource links on the right)…you mentioned canning broccoli cheddar soup. Broccoli isn’t something that is canned unless it’s in a pickle recipe and cheddar is obviously dairy so not allowed either.
If you have a favourite canning recipe or found one online, make sure to compare it to a safe/tested recipe.
