Can anyone please help me I.D. what is growing on the underside of my jalapeño and habanero leaves?
I’m fairly new to any sort of gardening so I have little knowledge. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Needs to be sprayed HARD with a hose, then apply pesticide spray. Think it’s a little too much for neem oil alone, you need some pyrethrins or something
