A vanilla bean cheesecake with cranberry swirl, ginger snap crust, white chocolate mousse, and jeweled cranberries. I used portions of four different cheesecake recipes, which is why I didn’t include a single recipe in this post. Now, we’ll see how it tastes! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 😊

I made some sugared cranberries to decorate a cranberry curd tart and it was so hard not to eat all of them. You have shown excellent restraint.
