I thought I’d try something different this year, so I’m making wild pheasant breasts & thighs in a mushroom cream sauce. I looked up a few recipes but ended up winging it (pun intended). It smells delicious so if it turns out I’ll post an update and the recipe in approximately 6 hours.

Looks like it will be tasty! I’ve never had pheasant. Let us know how it turns out.
I think I made this exact recipe and ate it over wild rice. So good!
