    I had Yukgaejang today! First time I tried it last week I was immediately hooked! 

  2. I had yukgaejang for the first time last year and loved it! It took me months and months to find gosari in a shop but I finally tracked some down. Then this week I made it – and completely screwed up by preparing dried radish leaves instead of the gosari. I thought it looked different but powered through. What an idiot! On the other hand I can try again another time…
