Oh yes I did. Thanksgiving Pie. Layered mashed potatoes, Just Chick'n, stuffing and gravy between 2 pie shells. Baked it @425°F for 35 minutes, then smothered it in gravy and cranberry sauce. Hubby thinks I'm crazy.🤷‍♀️

    You’re not crazy, this is just efficient! As one of my old diner regulars used to say when he’d order all his food stacked on the same plate “it’s all going to the same place”.

    Okay, but why did you use a top crust when the OBVIOUS course of action here is a mashed potato top? i would have done stuffing on the bottom, then chick’n, green beans, roasted carrots, and mashed potato on top.
