So I was trying to make vegan macarons for my first time (i know), and I over mixed the macronage, and it became runny. I still have a lot of the batter left, so what should I do? Is the batter salvageable or do I just pump out these crisps (they’re rlly good ngl)?

    Sometimes it’s fun to bake it even if you know it’s not going to work out. First time I did this, I piped little dots and made (essentially) cereal out of it. They were really good mixed into some yoghurt 😂

    Add almond flour and sugar, and you wont get macarons but at least you’ll get something… Or mix everything in a bowl, add butter and flour, and bake a cake.

    But you won’t be getting the egg in stiff white after mixing, that is for sure.
