Let’s make Turkish Sarma, also known as stuffed grape leaves!

✨ TURKISH SARMA

🥣 Ingredients
500 gr grape leaves
2 Onion
2 Garlic
1,5 cup rice
2 tbsp Tomato paste
½ cup pomegranate syrup
½ cup olive oil
1 lemon
1 tbsp mint,cumin,salt
1 tsp black pepper, red pepper flakes
Fresh Parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

After cutting all the vegetables, add everything to the rice and mix well
Place a layer of grape leaves at the bottom of the pot
Then roll the sarmas
Place them in the pot
Pour in water to the same level as the sarmas and arrange lemon sliceson top
20 minutes in the pressure cook
