A new flavor has arrived in Carnes Crossroads with the opening of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, located at 100 Gosling Way, Suite A, in Goose Creek, in what is now considered to be “Uptown Carnes.”
The fast-casual restaurant celebrated its ribbon-cutting earlier this month with Goose Creek city officials and community members, marking the latest addition to the growing Carnes Crossroads development.
Part of a national chain, The Great Greek offers a modern twist on traditional Mediterranean fare. The menu features freshly prepared dishes such as classic gyros, grilled souvlaki skewers, falafel pitas, rice bowls and crisp Greek salads. Guests can also enjoy sides like hummus, tzatziki and spanakopita, along with desserts such as baklava and rice pudding. Meals are made to order using fresh ingredients and bold flavors that reflect the restaurant’s “Live Your Life Deliciously” motto.
