Has completely changed my workflow. Seems small inconveniance to weigh beans everytime but when making multiple drinks for guests it really makes it a slog. Especially as I have a sage barrister pro currently that I turned into a single dose. The grinder just wasn’t up to it and would be perfect for first grind and then take double the time on a second. Next step is to invest in a Lilit Bianca V3!

Best grinder! Shame I have to replace it with a white one. I’ve had problem with the black unit I got.
Have you tested it against a calibrated double decimal (or single decimal) scale?
Last time I tested the Libras GBW it was consistently giving a pretty decent margain of error that was actually completely comparable to a timer based system (The Specialista).
GBW always seemed like a good idea to me but the Libra doesn’t slow down to let the scale catch up, or give extra short grinds (<.5s) if it finds it fell short once letting the scale settle. This is something I’ve seen other GBW systems do in order to produce a much more accurate result than timer systems.
It’s on sale right now. Trying to decide between it or the newer model.
I’d think about single dosing. All those beans exposed to the atmosphere would worry me. 😗

I’ve been considering a grinder like this – but my main concern is, how quickly do the beans degrade while inside the hopper (as opposed to inside a sealable container)?
So many clumps. Gbw is awesome but me as a home roaster and coffee addict ( florals, stone fruits etc) I have to single dose.
Is it significantly different from you Barista pro Baratza burr? Got the same machine and thinking to upgrade the grinder
I love my Libra. I also like that it can pinch hit as a single doser when I’m switching between different beans. I also added the [single dose hopper](https://www.seattlecoffeegear.com/products/eureka-mignon-single-dose-hopper?variant=47157179973939) which is a lot nicer than the standard hopper plastic and can still fit several drinks’ worth of beans when I need it to.

Initially Df64, then between Libra and other single dose. This has been very helpful.
I don’t change beans and use my Pro 95% of the time for latte. Grind by Weight will smooth my workflow
