We grew a bunch of peppers this season — ghost, habaneros, and 7 pots. We froze them to use throughout the year, but yesterday a Thanksgiving guest took them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge without telling us.
Now they’re fully thawed and sitting in a container covered in their own juices.
Should I refreeze, dehydrate, make sauce, or do something with them? This was our first season growing, so any advice would be really appreciated. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade (err… hot peppers, make hot sauce)!
