

Probably the best St Louis style ribs I’ve ever made! My fire pot is cracked (replacing soon) so my smoke setting doesn’t work as well (gets to a high of (180) smoked for 2 hrs, bumped to 275 for another hr & 30. Wrapped for hr & 15 at 300. Sauced and back on the Traeger for another 20 mins…BOMB.COM
