Upgraded Setup – Meraki

I have been using the same Breville Barista Express for the last 13 years. While I loved it and learned a lot about making coffee with it, I outgrew it and became bored with its limitations. My girlfriend surprised me for my birthday with this beautiful machine. I have only used it for a few hours but I am already so excited with this. From the integrated scales, to the hot water dispenser, amazing steam wand, to the ability to be as hands on or hands off as I want to be while making my drinks, I look forward to learning and growing with this machine for the next decade plus.
Ps, I obviously have the world’s best girlfriend.
