Every year the menu changes, but this year I made tofu turkey fillets with rice paper “skin,” rosemary-garlic beer bread with corn “butter,” a sweet potato casserole with a sunflower seed, oat, and toasted marshmallow crust, mashed potatoes, and charred sesame-pecan green beans.

    This all looks absolutely delish. Those green beans look especially yummy! Can you please share your recipe for the corn butter? 🙏 Butter is the one thing I struggle to find a decent substitute for that isn’t just a bunch of oils and fake flavors.

    I was in a rush this year so I bought that Turk’y roast from Gardein and it turned out pretty good alongside some roasted winter root vegetables, cornbread, and cranberry sauce.

    I love what you put together there. It’s great ideas for me to try next year!
