Was surprised how well this wine drank.
It still had a bright acidity with some earthy, tobacco notes as well as dark fruit underneath. Not heavy tannins.
It was a deep ruby & garnet color with a light rim.
I opened it not so sure of how well it would have aged, but it was truly delicious!
