The Belizean Heat is my all-time favorite hot sauce. I’ve never had a hot sauce that has a good level of heat and literally goes on anything. Anything from tacos to gumbo to pizza it’s fire on.

I tried Belizean Heat and Beware. I prefer fermented pepper sauces like Tabasco Scorpion and Melinda’s Ghost, but if you like fresh, they are very good.
I use the Marie’s sauces in a marinade for sous vide pork chops. They are great for that,
