Second visit. Went right after they opened, which was still very good, but they’ve definitely caught their stride now. Service was very good. Little things, like mentioning that we had been there before. Recalling that we had not dietary restrictions. Someone was always ready to open the door when I got up to go to the restroom. The food was fantastic. Nine courses with wine pairing. I didn’t take pictures of every course. Mostly because I got too drunk on the wine. Pictured is the first course. Ceramic oyster shell with an oyster, uni, and champagne foam. A caviar supplement with a bread pudding of sorts (I forgot what they called it). Pork loin and pork cheek with grapes and crispy shallots. The loin was a little rare for my taste, but the cheek was exceptional. Lamb with lamb sausage and sultanas. The standout was the apple pie dessert – which had a crumble, cinnamon ice cream, and stewed apples. So well balanced.

It’s always interesting to see Rhode Island here. It’s so smoll
We ate at Claudine in August and it was divine. So happy to see another post about it! Truly a gem in our fair city!
Like OP, I have also been here twice. First time was excellent. Second time was somehow even better. Greatness doesn’t come cheap but it’s absolutely worth the splurge in this case. Go often, and enjoy.

Looks good! Going down to Prov next weekend, might have to try them out.
