Covered our 3lb breast in my homemade compound butter and cooked on low for about 8 hours (overnight). This is the moistest turkey I’ve ever had! Happy Thanksgiving!

Did all that liquid come out of the turkey or did you add broth? Just asking as I’m new to slow cooking and have had several meals come out very watery.
