So a few months back, i posted a wieiad and talked about how despite eating a decent amount of protein (95P) and fibre (25g), I was still starving. A lot of my meals consisted of less satiating carbs like bread and popcorn + not many vegetables. I got some decent suggestions but a main one was eating a few big meals and choosing one carb + a few protein sources and vegetables to keep me full. I have now increased my protein to 110g, fibre to 30g. I mainly eat boiled eggs, tilapia, chicken breast as my protein source and sweet potato, fruits and vegetables as my carb sources. I feel stuffed on around 1300-1400 kcal and I am way less bloated than before. I feel energised and not spiral-y as if I'm going to eat the whole kitchen any second now.

(Ignore meal timings, i inputted all the pictures at one specific time). This is how i currently eat most days (with fruits asw ofc). I still eat fun foods like chocolates and biscuits, just in moderation—now, 1500 feels like a breeze.
