Finally back home after a couple of days out of town! Sometimes you just have to drink instant coffee and Keurig pods for a couple of days to reset your taste buds for a while. Really makes you appreciate even the worst tasting shots you make 🥲

I had to send my Breville back under warranty. They are telling me it’s going to be 14 business days before they ship it back. So I’m out of mine for quite a while
literally the exact setup i’m looking to get once the black Ride is back in stock at Clive. the only thing holding me back is possibly a linea micra, but its hard to justify even though the 5min start up time is nice. we’ll see, i dont want to get something again so it might be worth taking some time and thinking it through.

I recall getting a complimentary Keurig cup of coffee at my bank, after I had been home espresso’ing for a year–I thought, sure, why not, I used to drink the Keurig all the time and the comparison would be nice to see.
I now drive by the bank without going in. 😉
My work around is bringing a hand grinder, a French press and some beans. Able to have easy simple drinkable coffee anywhere. You may be judged, until they try it haha

Agree. Consider Mini Mocha Pot and hand grinder.
How do you like the joysticks? My Izzo Alex Duetto came with them as an option but I haven’t installed them. Still using the knobs.
Every holidays the coffee aficionados from our family bring the smallest espresso machine and grinder we own between each other. We pack it up and install our setup somewhere where no one will mess with it. Last time the holiday setup was in the garage.
