Did you use a ring mold to plate? I can make all the tastiest pastas but I am i capable of doing a nest. I have the carving fork, the spoon, the twirl, but the nest always falls down and it drives me nuts! Even when I try to the long spaghetti twirl you lay on the plate it comes out looking bad
