It’s so easy to overlook a big one like this, hiding under a bunch of half-dead leaves. I sometimes cook them, as part of a chicken-noodle soup. Peel them, scoop out and discard the seeds. Even if they have a stronger flavor than the small ones, they wind up making a nice addition.

I would taste it first. Oversized cucumbers are usually very bitter.
