Rotisserie turkey on the kettle turned out pretty good. Charcoal and apple wood chunks. Cooked between 300-350 for 4.5 hours.

  1. Rotisserie all the way! I put a patch of cheesecloth over the breast meat unitl it’s about from 45minutes from done and then pull it off so the skin is nice and golden.

    Looks good! I have the same attachment but haven’t used it got the rotisserie yet 😅 Made hundreds of pizzas though!
