

I know the cup might look smaller but it’s bigger than my hand and is so filling that I can’t finish it, and I usually inhale desserts!
Ingredients:
– 150g Greek yoghurt
– 5g cheesecake pie filling from jello
– 1 scoop protein powder
– cheesecake flavour drops from Myprotein but it’s optional really
– maple syrup if you like it sweeter, also optional
– digestives, crumbled
– jam (I made my own with frozen berries, chia seeds and sugar free maple syrup)
339 cals for 38g protein! If you need to cut the calories further you can omit the digestives but what’s a cheesecake without them right…
