Adapted Claire Saffitz's sour cream and chive dinner rolls for a Friendsgiving potluck. Used greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Cooked garlic and rosemary briefly in butter, used that instead of the plain butter mixed into the dough, so didn't have to do the rolling in the herb stage. Divided into 24 rolls. Cooked in an ungreased cast iron pan, which fit 21 of the rolls, 3 were cooked in a smaller cast iron pan (not pictured) and became the cook treat! Very indulgent with all the butter, eggs, and dairy, but outstanding.
