Who needs lettuce at a time like this? We got here a cross between tabul and ke. Look, lettuce prices being so high are not hard times. It’s God’s way of telling you, start incorporating deeper greens into your family’s diet. Like making this kale pomegranate salad, and it’s unfreaking real. As a matter of fact, I am going to serve this to my family on Thanksgiving. And look guys, kale is high in nutrients and low in calories, making it one of the most nutrientdense foods on the planet. So while half the world is panicking over lettuce prices, we should be saying alhamdulillah. Wow. Wait for me.
