Mermaid / Ocean cake from this week. The cake and buttercream are vegan – marble cake with cinnamon buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream finish. The shell is modeling chocolate, coral is gum paste (so I let them know – NOT vegan, they were fine with that) and all other decorations are fondant. Sunset shot for the win!
