I’m not a fan of paying for bone weight if you’re going to serve chopped steak, but it was a nice looking steak

So you can grill on a Webber? Like a bbq with a gas bottle but obviously don’t use the gas just fill up the bottom with coals you mean?

Best looking steak ive seen in 3 weeks. That is perfect for me. Everyone post too bloody of steak lately. I dont like well done. That is medium rare. I bet it was phenomenal! Good job!
