Garlic buttery buffalo wings using the 0-400 method for the first time.
Still a work in progress in perfecting the perfect wings at home but these definitely filled in the gap for now. Franks, butter, chopped garlic, and fresh jalapeños.

I understand you listed the ingredients but can you elaborate on how you make the sauce step by step??

Sounds like it could be dirty smoke in the beginning

Has anyone ever tried 0-400 method with the spider venom for the weber kettle?

Thanks for the explanation. Very interesting. I’m surprised the smoler gets them crispy. I have a Treager smoker and will have to give it a try.
I’ve done the air fryer, boiling first, adding baking soda…why not the smoker!
Thanks!

Seems like a lot of work. What’s wrong with just frying them and tossing them in sauce. Takes 15 minutes
