I tried ordering from a new kimbap place that recently opened up near my house, and it's quite popular. The packaging was neat and clean.

Here's what I got (from left to right in the picture):

Vegan Tuna Kimbap: Made with vegan tuna and plant-based mayonnaise.

Spam Kimbap: Contains Spam, egg, romaine lettuce, cucumber, and pickled radish (danmuji).

Classic Kimbap: Features fish cake (eomuk), cucumber, egg, carrot, and pickled radish (danmuji).

Thought on the Vegan Tuna Kimbap—I'm not vegan, but I wanted to try it. I was a little surprised how little difference there was from the regular tuna kimbap. I actually dug it way more because the flavor felt much cleaner and lighter. And I preferred the other kimbaps over the Spam Kimbap.

I also ordered the Dakgangjeong (sweet and crispy chicken). It was good! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. Sometimes dakgangjeong can be too crunchy to the point of being hard, but this was just right. The sauce is slightly spicy, which I enjoyed because it's not overly hot.
