Welcome back to my Thanksgiving series. Today I’m going to show you how to make bacon brussel sprouts. They’re so good and easy to make. I’m going to show you how to do them. To start, you need two bags of Brussels sprouts. You’re going to wash them, dry them off, and then you’re going to cut them off. Cut off the ends of them, and then chop them in half just like this. Make sure you get all the little bits that fall off of them because those get really crispy. Next, you’re going to add in a four a cup of olive oil all over the top and mix them up. You’re going to preheat your oven at 425ยฐ. Keep your pan in it cuz we want a hot pan for this. Get your hot pan out of the oven. Drizzle more olive oil all over it. And then you’re going to pour your Brussels sprouts right on it. Be very careful on this part because you’re going to flip them over. So, make sure the chop side is face down just like this. Then, we’re going to bake them for about 20 minutes at 425ยฐ. And while they’re baking, we’re going to chop up a whole package of bacon just like this. And we’re going to fry it in a pan till it gets nice and crispy in little bits. When they come out of the oven, they look like this. You can also broil them for a couple of minutes for extra crispiness. I pour them in my dish. And then, I’m going to add in half a pack of that cooked bacon right on top of it. Then, you’re going to put some salt and pepper all over. And then, you’re going to add some honey. I put about a tablespoon of honey and balsamic glaze as well all over the top. And this is to taste. I probably added a couple tablespoons of balsamic, but you can always add more and add more honey as you go per taste. These were amazing. You’ve got to try them for Thanksgiving.

  1. Yummy! Iโ€™m going to show this to my guy friend in Scotland. They eat a lot of Brussel sprouts over there. I bet he would love this recipe to use for Christmas over there. Have a great day! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’š

  2. I like your videos better than anyone bc you talk fast and don't waste time with stupid details that most of us already know..your my favorite..

  3. I find it easier to cook the bacon in strips, then crumble it. You donโ€™t have to contend with cutting it up and making sure all the little pieces get separated.

  4. I've been making this for years. I cook them with onions in some the bacon grease from cooking the bacon. I get a nice brown on them in the skillet, put the lid on till soft. Add bacon last before serving. The onion takes away the stink. Onions work with broccoli too.
