I found my way to the recipe on your site, and I saw the nutritional information at the bottom. What's the serving size? That's the one thing I couldn't find.
Idk if it's an official recipe from any country, but I've seen in the supermarket a roasted sweet potato and carrot hummus, with a touch of lemongrass and finely chopped shallots ; and it was marvelous ! Your recipe has been tested, and obviously approved !!!
