    The pictures got better and better the more I advanced. That truffle scallop looks sooo cute! The crudo dishes (7 and 8) look amazing.

    Looks incredible, but picture 1 looked too much like raw chicken breast than I’d prefer. Overall looks like a fantastic meal

    Yoshitomo is great! The man running it is wonderful. He has Japanese heritage and comes over here to Japan quite often. He used to have a very authentic ramen shop in Westroads mall. So hard to find real ramen overseas let alone in Nebraska.
