I can't get enough of this. The green is just as good. I'm putting it on everything and I've ordered two 67 ounce jugs of it. I'm addicted.

Solid start… XXX and the green one are two of my go to’s, and while I’m certainly not the most experienced in this sub, I’ve got probably 100 different sauces between my house, my office, and my stash at the local Mexican place. Lots of different flavors, heats, etc… but for easily obtained, inexpensive, just plain delicious sauces El Yuc delivers.

It’s literally smoke & heat, which is fine, but that’s the flavor profile. I’ve been going through the El Yucateco collection as my daily driver’s, this is my current sauce and it definitely has specific usages where it really stands out, but it’s also quite delectable on a cheez-it. I mix it with the Melinda’s HaBanero Honey Mustard. Smokey Habanero Honey Mustard with a few more scoville units is not a bad thing.

Nearly all habanero sauce is good , I don’t think I have found a bad one yet. Some blends I don’t go much on but straight habanero is a good heat and flavor.
