Did you know that if you get a bunch of dates, split them open, and take out their pits, and then did you know that if you stuff them with goat cheese and roast them until they’re warm and gooey, and then did you know that if you toast some pine nuts on the stove while those are cooking, and sprinkle them on top once they’re done, that you will have the most epic appetizer?
