
We had our turkey last night for dinner. I used a Butterball turkey breast marinated in herbs, garlic, S&P, a dash of BBQ seasoning and EVOO. I haven't used a smoke tube for awhile so I figured I give it a shot again. I used Bear Mountain Hickory pellets and the grill was set to 325 degrees. Total cook time was about 2 hours. The warden couldn't believe how great it smelled and tasted, she thought I used our Traeger. Definitely going to put the smoke tube back into rotation!
