Prociutto wrapped Figs with Blue Cheese
Ingredients
12 dried figs
12 tsp blue cheese (i used gorgonzola)
6 prociutto slices
basilicum leaves
Method
1. preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
2. cut the dried figs crosswise at the top.
3. fill the figs with 1 tsp blue cheese per fig.
4. cut the prosciutto slices in half if they are to long. And wrap around the figs with the prosciutto slices.
5. place the figs in the oven for 15 minutes till the cheese has melted.
6. place them on a plate and let them cool down a bit.
