92 dollars, momentum after thanksgiving discrepencies… hee. Trying MSG to put with my nooch. Sriracha is back, haven't bought it in years. I eat most of this stuff all the time.

edit: sadly I found out black walnuts aren't as good health-wise as regular walnuts, wasn't sure there was a difference. Dr. Greger has a video: https://nutritionfacts.org/video/black-versus-english-walnuts/ they don't taste nearly as good either blech win some lose some

This doesn’t look especially NOT whole foods? No shame in using frozen produce, canned tomato sauce or sriracha. Angel hair pasta? Hey, it’s not Twinkies. And I’m hearing the dangers of MSG have been greatly exaggerated.

  2. Looks familiar, I think we had several of those items for dinner last night.

I’d go for the broccoli florets next time. The broccoli cuts include hard chunks of the stems.

That’s a huge bag of chocolate covered raisins on the left side, right?

  5. Make sure not to cook the vegetables in those steam bags, it give almost 50x higher rates of microplastic leaching.

So frozen veg is actually VERY healthy and 100% whole plant based. Its better than Canned I believe.

Not doing bad. I’d say the pasta sauce and pasta is one thing that could be improved here. Also moving from rolled oats to steelcut, which imo taste better.

If you’re gonna do pasta sauce I highly recommend making your own. Its so much tastier and you can make a big batch and store in mason jars for the same quick cook down the line.

The pico and red suace from [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upqp21Dm5vg) are so good and simple. I omit the butter at the end water saute my veg in veggie broth. Makes a huge serving and is just SO good and quite simple to knock out on a Sunday with pretty minimal effort.
