Gluten-Free whole grain everything bagel toasted.

Just made fresh hummus. (Canned drained chickpeas, fresh squeezed lemon juice, good quality extra virgin olive oil, salt, tahini, minced garlic, few dashes of Za'atar seasoning)

Roasted red bell peppers added to top with extra drizzle of good quality olive oil. Also za'atar seasoning.

Thinly sliced English cucumber and sliced castelvetrano olives with feta on top.

Something I've noticed about eating the Mediterranean diet is that afterward I feel like I have fueled my body. Literally! It feels like true nourishment. Also don't feel overstuffed afterward. It's so awesome!
